Two Burmese Fighter Jets Drop Bombs on KIA’s Sam Da Bum Post, Artillery Units Pounded Lai Hpawng Post

Burmese army artillery units from Point 1103 have resumed firing several mortar shells at Lai Hpawng post. The shelling began at around 8:38 a.m. on December 26 and eight mortar shells have been fired so far, according to a frontline source.

Two Burmese fighter jets dropped two bombs on KIA’s 3rd Battalion Sam Da Bum post on December 26 at around 11:30 a.m.

KIA’s 3rd Battalion troops fought an unknown Burmese army unit at a location between Ding Ga and Bak Noi on December 26 at 4:15 p.m.

Meanwhile, more military trucks and reinforcement troops have arrived from Htee Kyaik to Burmese army’s Northern Regional Command in Myitkyina. Burmese military trucks with full of troops and military equipment have been seen in Shwe Bo and Nam Si Awng heading towards Myitkyina.
