Burmese army troops on Tuesday fired 8 artillery rounds on KIA’s 252nd Mobile Battalion’s Nhkram Gidon Post beginning 2 pm.
Likewise, 8 rounds of 81 mm mortar shells were fired on KIA’s 13th Battalion’s Hkaram Kawng position on the same day.
No casualties have been reported on both incidents. KIA sources say more Burmese army troops arrive in Nhkram and surrounding area and they would likely face an imminent attack.
