Three Civilians Injured in Land Mine Blasts

A local aid worker on Wednesday reported that a Shan ethnic girl was injured after a land mine exploded on April 29 in Kyauk Phyar old village in Mansi Township in southern Kachin State.

The aid worker said two subsequent explosions on April 30 in Kyauk Phyar old village caused one man injured in his hands and another girl wounded in her leg.

KLN has no immediate information on who planted the land mines that injured 3 civilians in Kyauk Phyar village.
